Susan (Hollinger) Testa is no stranger to Hiram and Terrier Athletics. Testa, the daughter of legendary coach Bill Hollinger, spent the majority of her childhood and college years around Hiram Athletics. As a student-athlete at the College, Testa was a member of the volleyball and softball teams.

But she is probably best known for her dedication and passion for Terrier athletics and was heavily involved with the men’s basketball team with her dad as head coach. She served as the team’s official scorekeeper for several years, including helping keep score for softball and baseball.

She graduated from Hiram with a degree in psychology and was a member of several academy honor societies.  Testa went on to earn a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Kent State University in 1986 and has worked as a speech-language pathologist for a number of years.  As of her induction, Testa worked part-time for Mahoning County Educational Service Center in the Western Reserve School District.
