William H. Hollinger Hall of Fame
As a Hiram College student-athlete, John Lampe was a member of the men’s varsity basketball and intercollegiate golf teams. John is no stranger to athletic hall of fame induction ceremonies. His high school alma mater, Waterloo in Atwater, Ohio, already counts him as a member of their athletic hall of fame.
As of his induction, John remained active in organized athletics as a volunteer boys’ basketball coach and as a children’s softball coach. Since graduating from Hiram, he has worked in sales and has earned professional recognition for his outstanding efforts. As of his induction, he was employed as a senior sales executive for OnVantage Inc. and lived in Rootstown, Ohio, with his wife, Cheryl, and his daughter, Alyssa.
