A four-year letter winner for Hiram baseball, Lisko was the first First-Team All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) selection in Hiram baseball program history, and is the Terriers' all-time leader in at-bats (519), total bases (274) and runs batted in (127). Lisko also ranks second in program history in hits (181), sacrifice flies (18) and games played (149), tied for second in home runs (17), third in doubles (32), fourth in runs scored (121) and 10th in slugging percentage (.528).
 
Lisko's senior season in 2000 still ranks among the best in program history, with the most runs scored (56), runs batted in (56) and total bases (105) in a season, the second-most home runs (10) and hits (59) and the second-highest slugging percentage (.705) in a single-season in Hiram baseball program history. Off the field, Lisko was a two-year member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, a four-year member of the Chemistry Club and played four years of intramural basketball.
 
Lisko went on to earn his master's degree in organic chemistry from Youngstown State and has worked at Johnson & Johnson, Cephalon, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). As of his induction, Lisko was the Administrative Officer with the management and operations team of the CDC's Division of Laboratory Sciences in Atlanta, Ga. overseeing more than 400 staff members.
 
Named an inventor on seven scientific patents and the author of 23 peer-reviewed publications, Lisko also volunteers as a young baseball coach and enjoys woodworking, golf, cooking and chasing after his three boys during his spare time.
