William H. Hollinger Hall of Fame
Howard Jenter, a member of the Terriers' baseball and football teams from 1981-1985, earned four varsity letters in baseball and three in football, and was named to the All-President's Athletic Conference Team, twice for baseball and once for football. He also served as a starter for Hiram's only conference championship football team (PAC) in 1982.
Since graduating from Hiram, Jenter has earned a master's degree in sports administration from Kent State University and coached both football and baseball at Hiram, serving as Hiram's head baseball coach from 1992-2018.
