Petroskey Award winner. A 2005 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Honorable Mention All-American, a three-time AVCA All-Great Lakes Region selection and a three-time All-NCAC First-Team selection, Taylor graduated Hiram as one of the most distinguished setters in program history.

As a freshman, Taylor was named the 2004 NCAC Women's Volleyball Newcomer of the Year, as well as an Honorable Mention All-NCAC selection. Taylor went on to earn first-team all-conference honors each of her next three years and was named to the NCAC 30th Anniversary All-Decade Team in 2012. Taylor still ranks as the Terriers' all-time leader in assists (4,852) and sets played (474), as well as Top 10 in attack percentage, service aces and matches played. She is one of just two Terriers in Hiram women's volleyball history to notch 1,000 career assists and 1,000 career digs.

Off the court, Taylor was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Second Team and an NCAC Scholar-Athlete in 2007. Taylor was also a student ambassador and tour guide on campus, an orientation leader, and served on Hiram's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

As of her induction, Taylor was an academic advisor at Illinois State University, Taylor earned her master's degree in exercise and health studies from Miami University and has worked in higher education for the past 11 years. A member of Illinois State's Vote Engagement Coalition, Taylor enjoys reading, being outside and recently started going on backpacking trips when not busy with her two kids.
