Kelly (Langland) Hague logged four remarkable seasons for a Hiram softball team that twice advanced to the NCAA Tournament thanks to NCAC Tournament titles in 2009 and 2011. One of her best seasons came in 2011, when she set the program record with 96 total bases, led the Terriers in slugging percentage and became the team’s first NFCA (National Fastpitch Coaches Association) Second-Team All-Region selection since 1987. Her other notable awards included a Third-Team All-Region and All-NCAC Second Team selection in 2010, as well as an All-NCAC First Team honor in 2011.

Kelly’s career numbers place her fourth in Hiram history in slugging percentage (.546), eighth in hits (150), tied for sixth in runs scored (89), third in doubles (38), second in triples (13), tied for fifth in home runs (9) and tied for sixth in RBI (80).

After her collegiate career, Kelly began working at Stachowski Farm – one of the largest Arabian and Saddlebred training facilities in the country – in Mantua, Ohio in 2012. She now serves as the office manager and accountant for the farm’s locations in Ohio, Kentucky and California. She also serves as the head coach for her daughter’s softball team and assists with her son’s baseball team.
