Chris Roberts was the first ever All-NCAC First Team selection in Hiram men’s basketball history, earning the honor following his sophomore season in 2008-09. He was a two-time All-NCAC Second Team selection and led his team in points per game in each of his final three seasons.
Roberts currently ranks among the top-10 in Terriers history in free throws made (333), offensive rebounds (161), steals (115) and games started (86). Roberts is one of 30 members in the 1,000-point club for his Hiram career, finishing his four years with 1,188 points. Roberts also earned the Charles A. Henry Award in 2009-10 as an outstanding scholar-athlete at Hiram College. His favorite memory at Hiram was spending time with his teammates, who created a family away from home throughout his collegiate career.
Since his graduation from Hiram, Roberts spent 13 years in the management field, working in different industries such as retail, automotive and physical fitness. He currently works for the Cleveland Department of Public Health as a specialist. He also works as a personal trainer and social media influencer. Roberts currently lives in Euclid, OH and loves spending time with his wife, Kawana, and son, Nasir.
