Hiram College

Drummond was an outstanding sprinter and jumper during her four years as a Terrier, and helped lead the team to the PAC title in 1986 and 1987. In the 1986 Championship Meet, she was the individual high points winner, taking first place in both the long jump and triple jump, a second place in the 200, a third place in the 100m, and was also a member of both the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that each took the runner-up spot in the finals.

A five-time PAC Champion, Michelle also excelled at field hockey and basketball, and won a total of 10 varsity letters during her four years at Hiram. In 1988, she received the Matthews Award, given to Hiram’s most outstanding student-athlete in the underclassmen ranks.
