William H. Hollinger Hall of Fame
As a four-year letterman on the football team, Keith F. Miller truly fits the definition of an ''ironman" and earned a reputation as one of Hiram 's most versatile student-athletes.
On the defensive side of the ball, the 1955 graduate was an outstanding linebacker and offensively was an equally impressive running back. Keith was also considered a great leader for the Terriers. He co-captained the Terriers during both his junior and senior years and called all the team's plays on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. After the 1954 season, Keith was recognized by his teammates for his accomplishments by being named the team's most valuable player.
After graduating from Hiram, Keith worked at the General Motors Central Office located in Detroit, Michigan. He worked for 28 years as staff manager of personnel. For five years he managed the corporate vehicle auction department setting up auctions for GM lease vehicles throughout the United States. Keith is an avid traveler, coaches high school football, and is active as a member of several antique car clubs.
