William H. Hollinger Hall of Fame
Maxim was a devoted soccer player during his four years at Hiram College. He won the Don Campbell Hiram Athlete of the Year award and was named First-Team All-OAC and First-Team All Mid-East Region. He was also manager of the Hiram Radio Station and Hiram Cinema, in Lambda Lambda Lambda, and a Hiram Admissions Tour Guide.
After graduation, he operated and owned a Soccer 2000 retail store. He sold the store in 2000 and he joined his father's business, Maxim Enterprise, a company that provides property preservation services to some of the top field service companies in the nation.
