Randa Jackson was an integral part of a special era of Hiram women’s volleyball over the course of the 2006-09 seasons, leading the team to a four-year record of 103-38, which included an NCAC Tournament championship in 2006 and NCAA Tournament berths in 2006 and 2007. Jackson was a two-time All-NCAC First Team honoree (2008, 2009) and led the Terriers in both attack percentage (.246) and blocks (91) in 2008.

Jackson’s favorite memory with the program came toward the end of her first season in 2006, when the team beat Wittenberg in five sets to win its first ever conference tournament title. The team would later win its first NCAA Tournament match that same season, topping Mount St. Joseph in three sets in the opening round. Jackson finished her career with 270 total blocks, which is currently the 10th-most in program history.

Since her graduation from Hiram College in 2010, Jackson has worked 13 years in the banking industry and two years as an entrepreneur. She also has spent five years as a board member of the Famicos Foundation, which is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life in the greater Cleveland area. Jackson lives in Cleveland, OH.
