Williams helped lead Hiram to its first Ohio Athletic Conference team championship in 1990 and then repeated the feat in 1993. During both the 1991 and 1992 seasons, the Terriers finished as runners-up in the conference. Individually, Williams was a three-time OAC singles champion as well as capturing one conference doubles title. She won her first singles title as a freshman in 1990 as the number three player. That same season, saw Williams win the number two doubles title. Williams went on to repeat as the number three champion in 1991 and captured the number two singles title as a junior in 1992.

In addition to playing tennis, Williams also competed on the cross country team as well as the women’s soccer team. Williams graduated from Hiram in 1993 and went on to become the Senior Financial Advisor/Vice President-Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Prior to her position with Merrill Lynch, she was a sales manager at Vandermeer Tennis Academy in Hilton Head Island and, as of her induction, she continues to be involved in several organizations in her community.
