Conner distinguished herself as one of the highest-performing student-athletes to ever wear a Hiram uniform; she is the women’s soccer program’s all-time leader in points (82), goals (33), shots (202), shots on goal (114) and assists (16). She ranked among the top-3 scorers in the NCAC in three of her four seasons played from 2007 to 2010, and landed NCAC Athlete of the Week three different times during that span. Conner was a three-time All-NCAC selection, earning Second Team honors in 2007 and 2010, and an Honorable Mention selection in 2009. Conner’s 13 goals in 2007 – 4 of which were game-winning goals – remain the most in a single season in Hiram program history.

In that first season in 2007, Conner spearheaded the Terriers to their most wins and most goals scored in a season in program history. That fall season included shutout wins over Hilbert, Tri-State, Muskingum, Thiel and Franciscan. Both head coach Bob Dean and Carl Capellas (men’s soccer head coach) were influential figures in her collegiate career at Hiram College.

Conner earned her bachelor’s degree in English before working at Diebold Nixdorf and the Eaton Corporation. She continued her studies at Cleveland State, where she earned a master’s degree in business administration. Conner is currently part of Eaton’s data analytics team.

Outside of her professional life, Conner likes to travel to national parks, spend time outside, exercise and sew.
