Hiram, Ohio – September 14, 2026 – Carmine Boscarello of men's soccer and Kali Baker of women's soccer were both selected for this week's Terriers of the Week honors. This comes after great performances by both student athletes which helped lead their team to victories this weekend.  

Carmine Boscarello had an outstanding week for the Terriers, tallying 2 goals with 5 shots on goal for two games last week. On 9/9 at home against Pitt-Greensburg, Boscarello would smash a penalty past the keeper, giving the Terriers their lone goal in a 1-1 tie, keeping Hiram out of the loss column. On 9/12 at Pitt-Bradford, Boscarello would score the game-winning goal in the 80th minute, propelling the Terriers to defeat the Panthers 2-0. Boscarello has already scored 3 goals in four games this season, marking an impressive start for the junior in this young season. The junior from Olmstead Falls, OH and the rest of the Terriers men's soccer team will be back in action on Wednesday, when they will host W&J for their first PAC matchup of the season.  

Kali Baker has had an impressive start to her senior season, tallying 3 goals and 2 assists in four games this season. On 9/9 at home against Muskingum, Baker would score a goal with a beautiful strike outside the box to tie the game up at 1-1. Baker continued the momentum from Wednesday's matchup into Saturday, where the senior from North Ridgeville, OH would score a goal and add two assists in a 5-0 victory over Pitt-Bradford. Baker now leads the Terriers in goals and assists and will look to carry that momentum into PAC play, where they will welcome W&J on Wednesday for their first matchup.
