HIRAM, Ohio - May 23, 2025 - The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced their Outdoor All-Region teams on Friday, which included Hiram's Gavin Dunn (long jump) and Kylie Moser (heptathlon) as part of the Great Lakes Region.

To qualify for the honor, an individual must rank in the top-five for a particular event in their region following the conclusion of the regular season.

For Dunn, the All-Region selection marks the second of his career after he earned the same status in the long jump for the indoor season. With a program record mark of 23' 9" (7.24m) at the Baldwin Wallace Sparky Adams Invitational in mid-April, Dunn eventually finished fourth in the region. It caps off an incredible first collegiate season for the Apopka, FL native, who also became the first All-American in program history since 1996 during the indoor campaign. Dunn was Hiram's recipient of the Dave Bishoff Award (Newcomer of the Year) during the College's year-end awards banquet.

Moser ranked fifth in the Great Lakes region in the heptathlon, scoring a career-best 3,878 points at the Mount Union Last Chance Meet on May 15 – which also marked just her second career appearance in the combined event. On that day, Moser placed third in the heptathlon after entering the final event (800-meter run) in seventh place – her time of 2:26.10 ranked second in a loaded field of student-athletes. The Norwalk, OH native also scored her team points in the heptathlon at the NCAC Combined Events at the end of April, which eventually helped the Terriers to a seventh-place finish in their final season in the conference.

Hiram track & field will now get set for its move to the PAC in 2025-26, when a young and exciting roster looks to continue gaining experience and rising up those same regional rankings.
