Hiram Cross Country Runs Hard At Allegheny College

Terriers Women Place 9th On Saturday

MEADVILLE, PA – September 20, 2025 – Hiram cross country competed on Saturday in Meadville, PA for the PAC Championship Preview hosted by Allegheny College. The Terriers ran hard and recorded a few personal bests as they ran hard against a stacked field.

For the men, Cayden Jones crossed the line first with a time of 30:57. This time is his new personal record as he beat out his old record by four seconds. Next for the Terriers was Tanner Markley, as he crossed the line in 134th place with a time of 32:31.

Ten places later, Aidan Jefferson crossed the line with a time of 33:28. Rounding out the Terriers was Connor Green, as he crossed the line with a 175th-place finish.

For the women, Hiram competed hard to a 9th-place team finish and had some stellar individual performances as well. Elaine Guyette was the first Terrier to cross the line, as she ran hard to a 23rd-place finish and a time of 26:02. The next Terrier to finish was the freshman Mackenzie Norton, as she ran her first 6K and finished with a 48th-place finish and a time of 27:33.

Twenty seconds later, Kylie Moser crossed the line with a 54th-place finish. Next, Taryn Trem crossed the line as she finished with a time of 30:53 and a 65th-place finish. Three places later, Kairi Etsitty posted a strong time of 31:27. Rounding out the top-six was Kylee Neer, as she finished with a time of 33:33.

Hiram cross country will be back in action on Friday, October 3, when they travel to Powell, OH and compete in the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational.
