Youngstown, Ohio – September 26, 2026- The Hiram Terrier Cross Country team traveled to Youngstown, OH Saturday morning for the PAC preview, hosted by Youngstown State University. The Terriers ran hard with many great performances, capping off a great day on the course.

On the men's side, the team was led by the running of Aidan Jefferson, who finished in 53rd place with a time of 31:45. Four spots later, Michael Crosby crossed the line, finishing with a time of 32:26. Rounding it out for the Terriers was Kaden Shaffer, who finished in 61st with a time of 35:07.

On the women's side, the Terriers would finish 6th overall as a team in the meet, capping off a great day for Hiram. The Terriers were led by the running of Elaine Guyette, who finished in 38th place with a time of 26:10.  Next up finished Taryn Trem and Kylie Moser, who finished 11 seconds apart with times of 27:30 for Trem, and 27:41 for Moser. Rounding out the scoring for Hiram was Victoria Freeman and McKenzie Riley, who would finish with times of 29:00 and 30:28.

The Terriers will return to action on October 17, when they travel to Oberlin College for their inter-regional rumble.
