LOUISVILLE, Kentucky - November 15, 2025 - The Hiram cross country teams rounded out their 2025 campaign at the NCAA Regional Championships in Louisville, a chance for the team to make a splash in one of the biggest events of the fall.
Â
The men were spearheaded by Michael Crosby, while the women placed ahead of seven teams in their season finale.
Â
On the men's side, Crosby led the roster with a time of 29:13.67 in the 8K race. The mark shaved off two minutes from his mark at the PAC Championships. Also running hard in the event was Cayden Jones (29:15.69), Tanner Markley (30:55.21) and Aidan Jefferson (31:54.68).
Â
The women's team was spearheaded by first-year MacKenzie Norton in the 6K race (24:34.21); Norton topped her previous best time by over 40 seconds, fueling her team to a strong finish in the team standings. Elaine Guyette ranked second on the team (25:15.16) before Kylie Moser (26:01.56) and McKenzie Riley (26:12.39) both crossed the line. Taryn Trem, Kylee Neer and Hope D'Andrea also got their first taste of regional cross country action to fill out the roster.
Â
Hiram will have many of its cross country student-athletes now make the transition to the track & field season, with the fall calendar officially coming to a close.
