Hiram Women's Soccer Falls Behind Early in 4-0 Home Loss to Wilmington

Terriers Didn't Have An Answer for Wilmington Assault

Hiram, OH -- Sept. 7, 2022  --  The Hiram Women's Soccer team lost a one-sided game on Wednesday night, losing 4-0 to Wilmington College at Henry Field on Hiram's campus.

 

Wilmington took the lead early with a goal at the 5 minute mark of the first half and went on to a 3-0 lead by halftime. The Terriers could not muster an attack as they were outshot, 27-8.

 

In spite of the score, goaltender Skylar Huda did well in goal making several outstanding saves.

 

The Terriers are now 1-2-1 this season and will next travel to Franciscan on the 12th of September for a 7PM game
