HIRAM, Ohio - April 26, 2026 – Hiram stepped out of conference play on Sunday afternoon as it hosted John Carroll for a doubleheader at Myrtis E. Herndon Field. The Terriers won both games, 1-0 and 7-5, on Senior Day.
The team honored its two seniors, taking time to recognize their years of dedication and impact, both on the field and in the classroom - as well as their lasting contributions to Hiram College and the campus community.
Danielle Robles and Megan Moser represent the Class of 2026 for Hiram softball – the two have combined for 281 games played and counting over the course of their four years spent with the program. Both seniors led their team on Sunday - as Robles led the team with two hits in Game 1 and Moser had a team-high three hits in Game 2.
Among those nearly 300 games played for the duo was an NCAC Championship, NCAA Regional title and the program's first ever NCAA Super Regional appearance in 2023. Both Robles and Moser would then help advance Hiram to the championship round of the NCAC Tournament the following season in 2024, and have since taken on leadership roles while continuing to pile up the stats over the last two years in 2025 and 2026.
Game 1 Recap
Hiram maintained a one-run lead the entirety of the game – as the only run of the game came from the Terriers in the first inning.
Robles reached base courtesy of a hit-by-pitch and advanced into scoring position with Kayla Prigge at-bat. Prigge – who extended her hitting streak to eight games – singled to shortstop to score Robles.
Yasmine Clark pitched her sixth shutout of the year – picking up her 10th win in the circle to improve to 10-9.
