NEW HAVEN, Connecticut – February 14, 2026 – Hiram closed out their weekend road trip on Saturday afternoon, falling 5–0 to Albertus Magnus at Ralph Walker Rink.
Despite the result, Hiram received a strong effort in net.
Remi DeSmith made 37 saves over the course of 46:56 of game time, recording 13 stops in the first period and 21 in the second.
Ian Amaranto entered in the third period and shut down 10 shots from the Falcons for a combined 47 total saves between the two goalkeepers.
Offensively, Hiram generated 22 shots on goal; leading the pack was
Cole Mitchell with four and
Keith Smilowitz with three. The Terriers blocked 11 shots, with
Owen Check and
Neil Pretorius each recording multiple blocks.
