DOVER, Ohio - August 31, 2025 - Hiram men's golf opened the 2025-26 campaign with a two-day trip to Zoar Village Golf Course as part of the annual Gatorade Collegiate event hosted by The College of Wooster.
The Terriers finished 11th in the field, with the lineup of Michael Clark, Ian Muka, Robert Morgan, Kevin Ina and Noah Burke all getting their feet wet to open the fall season. In the overall team standings, Mount Union, Wooster and John Carroll ranked in the top-three.
Clark had the lowest score over the two rounds, shooting a 76 on Saturday (+4) and an 82 on Sunday (+10). The junior from Andover, OH had a pair of birdies in round one before finishing round two with three straight pars.
Muka, who was the team's top finisher at the NCAC Championships last spring, placed behind Clark and ranked 46th overall with a score of 159 (+15). The Mount Vernon, OH native birdied the 14th hole to highlight his last day on the course.
Morgan (162, +18), Ina (164, +20) and Burke (171, +27) rounded out the lineup for the weekend.
Hiram returns to competition next Saturday as part of a Baldwin Wallace Tri-Match at Pine Hills Golf Club in Hinckley, OH.
