ALLIANCE, Ohio – March 30, 2025 – Hiram women's golf opened the spring season at the Mount Union Spring Invitational on Saturday at Tannenhauf Golf Club, placing sixth in a talented field over the course of a weekend that had rainy conditions throughout.
Round 1 took place on Saturday before rain washed away and canceled Round 2 on Sunday.
Hiram's Joslyn Marion returned to the course in successful fashion, ranking first on the Terriers with a 108 in the first and only round. Marion notably shot six bogeys in the front nine and shot a par on hole 18 in the back nine. Overall, Marion ranked 26th among individuals in the field.
Seniors Addison Disman (111) and Anastasia Lawler (113) followed Marion among the Terriers leaders for Saturday. The duo combined for four pars and six bogeys over the 18 holes.
Mariah Council (118) and Kayleigh Pritchard (120) rounded out the scoring for the team in what shaped out to be a solid start to the spring.
Hiram will return to the course next week, when it plays the Infiniti Classic (hosted by ONU) on Sunday, April 6 and Monday, April 7 in both Highland Heights and Painesville, Ohio.
