NEW WILMINGTON, Pennsylvania – March 1, 2025 – Hiram dropped a non-conference affair against a future PAC opponent in Westminster, 19-2, on Saturday late afternoon.
The Terriers got another multi-goal performance from Bricen Jones – giving the senior a team-high four goals this season – but a 15-goal outburst from the home team in the first half was the difference.
Hiram's defense stepped up throughout the second half, holding the Titans to just four goals despite facing 19 shots during that span. Josh Fedorek had team-highs with two caused turnovers and three ground balls, while goalkeeper Aidan Griffin had 18 saves. Gray Perry also had three ground balls in the game.
Jones now has more multi-goal games this season (two) than he did all of last season, as the Meadville, PA native continues to excel in his elevated role this year.
Hiram will look to pick up its first win of the season on Wednesday, when it travels to Bethany, WV for another non-conference battle with the Bethany College Bison. The game is slated for a 7 p.m. start time from Bethany Stadium.
