Terriers Score In Every Quarter Despite Loss To Wabash

6 Hiram Student-Athletes Record Goal On Saturday

HIRAM, Ohio - April 13, 2024 - The Terriers fell to Wabash College by a final score of 19-7 on Saturday afternoon at Henry Field. Despite the loss, the Terriers had six student athletes score a goal during the game. Senior Brett Johnson led Hiram with a pair of goals,as he scored in each half of the game.

Hiram led the game in ground balls and face-off wins, which helped it keep the game close in the first half.

Wabash closed out the game despite the aggressive play by the Terriers, who were able to get valuable minutes from the depth of their roster. Aside from Johnson, Kellen Wetz, Ethan Mayer, Trevor Nordstrom, William Luketich and Noah Pilgram also scored goals.

Hiram will next host Hilbert College on Wednesday at 5 p.m., with Senior Day being celebrated prior to the non-conference battle at Henry Field.
