WOOSTER, Ohio - The Hiram men's basketball team lost to Wooster, 104-48, on Wednesday evening at Timken Gymnasium.
Ivan Yang led the team and neared a double-double with 10 points and 7 rebounds, while 11 other Terriers student-athletes notched at least 2 points in the game.
Ashton Price paced the scoring for the Fighting Scots, scoring a game-high 19 points in 22 minutes of action. Jamir Billings (13) and Isaiah Johnson (11) also registered a double-digit scoring total.
Wooster started the game on a 23-2 run, a scoring burst that would hold for the rest of the game. The Fighting Scots improved to 3-3 in NCAC games this season.
Hiram will look to bounce back on Saturday, when it travels to Crawfordsville, Indiana for a conference battle with Wabash at 2 p.m.
