ALLIANCE, Ohio – September 15, 2021 – Hiram men's soccer dropped a match at Mount Union, 5-0, Wednesday night in Alliance.
Colton Priester notched the first goal of the match for the home side less than five minutes in giving Mount Union an early 1-0 lead. Gavin Velazquez and Jarrett Lukacsko also found the back of the net for the Purple Raiders in the first 45 minutes of the match.
Two more Mount Union goals pushed the lead to 5-0 in the second half as the home side would claim victory.
Isaac Opoku led the team with four shots including two that were on goal.

Joseph Suarez each had one shot on goal.
Goalkeeper
Shelby Edwards made five saves.
With the loss the Terriers fall to 1-3-2 on the campaign.
The team next plays on Saturday, Sept. 18 with a home match against Bethany (W. Va.) at 4 p.m.
