Hiram Women's Soccer Blanked by Alma

Sep. 1 – ALMA, Mich.- The Hiram College women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to Alma, Sunday afternoon.  
 
The Scots started their damage early posting their first goal in the first minute of play.  
 
The Terriers would hold the host scoreless throughout the remaining first half securing the first half 1-0 deficit.  
 
From there Alma would score one last time in the 64th minute to cement the 2-0 victory.  
 
In goal, senior Ally Green finished the afternoon with five saves.  
 
Junior Hannah Ward led the way for the Terriers with two shots, while senior Miranda Miracle and sophomore Kaitlyn Harris finished with a shot apiece.  
 
The Terriers will hit the road on Wednesday, September 4 when they take on Case Western Reserve at 7:30 p.m.
