Tickemyer enters her third season as an assistant coach with the Terriers softball program.
In her first season with the program, Tickemyer helped coach three All-NCAC honorees, including First-Team All-NCAC and NFCA Second-Team All-Region honoree Megan Davis, as well Bailey Scheck and freshman Giselle Chavez.
Prior to joining the Terriers, Tickemyer spent one season with Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, California in 2018. Tickemyer helped lead the Panthers to a 25-15 mark and an appearance in the South Coast Conference (SCC) Championship Tournament. Under Tickemyer's tutelage, six Panthers were named to the All-SCC team, including five first-year players. The Panthers boasted a team batting average of .398 and a combined .500 slugging percentage during the season.
A four-year letter winner at UC-Riverside, Tickemyer appeared in 195 games for the Highlanders. As a junior, Tickemyer hit .297 with 20 RBIs and garnered a Second-Team All-Conference selection.
Tickemyer, a two-time Academic All-Big West honoree, earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UC-Riverside in 2017 and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies at Hiram College.
