Patterson enters his second season as an assistant coach the Terriers' men's lacrosse program in 2022. Patterson joined the Terriers from Brevard College in Brevard, N.C. where he served as an assistant coach for the past year.
Prior to joining the Tornados, Patterson was a four-year member of the men's lacrosse team at The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. Over four seasons with the Cardinals, Patterson played in 22 games, seeing action both on defense and in goal. A three-time Landmark Conference Honor Roll selection, Patterson helped Catholic to a Landmark Conference Championship in 2015.
Patterson also assisted with the Cardinals' strength and conditioning programs while at Catholic.
During his career with the Cardinals, Patterson also spent time on the sidelines, serving as an assistant coach with the CBW Club High School boys team from 2014-19 and the Head Coach of the 2022 girls' team for PA Express from 2018-19.
Off the field, Patterson was a member of Catholics' Phi Alpha Theta and Phi Gamma Mu.
Patterson earned his bachelor's degree in history with a minor in politics pre-law from Catholic University in 2019 and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies at Hiram College.
