Eldridge `19 enters his third year as the Director of Peak Performance at Hiram College in 2025-26, serving an integral role in the strength & conditioning work for all 25 varsity teams.
Eldridge rejoined the Terriers from KIPP Memphis Preparatory Middle School in Memphis, Tenn., where he served as an assistant football, boys’ and girls’ basketball and track & field coach for one year.
Eldridge began his coaching career as a strength and conditioning coach at Archbishop Hoban High School in Akron, Ohio in 2018. Throughout his time at Hiram and since graduating, Eldridge has served as a volunteer assistant at several high schools throughout the country.
A 2019 graduate of Hiram College, Eldridge played four seasons of football and one season of men’s lacrosse for the Terriers, amassing 27 tackles in 16 games played.
Eldridge earned his bachelor’s degree in integrative exercise science with a minor in communications from Hiram College in May 2019.
