D'Alfonso enters his second season as running backs/tight ends coach, having joined Hiram after coaching stops at Forest Park High School (Woodbridge, VA) and Oakton High School (Vienna, VA).

D'Alfonso focused on scouting and gameday operations with Forest Park, and coached wide receivers and helped with gameday operations at Oakton.
