Holland begins his first season as Hiram Football's Director of Recruiting Operations following his previous experiences as an assistant coach at Hiram (2015-18) and as a recruiting and operations assistant at Kent State (2012-14).
While with the Terriers, Holland served as the team's tight ends and running backs coach, while also fulfilling the assistant recruiting coordinator role. His work came alongside the school's admissions, financial aid and registrar office to help incoming freshman and transfer students for the team.
Holland earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration and Management from Kent State University in 2014. He also earned a minor in business management.
