O’Rourke enters his first season as the offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator on the Hiram football staff in the fall of 2024, as well as his first season as the throws coach on the track & field staff in the spring of 2025. He comes to the Terriers after spending the spring at Illinois Wesleyan as the running backs coach.
In 2023, O'Rourke spent time at Army West Point, where he held an offensive analytics position. Prior to his time in West Point, NY, he interned at his alma mater under the offensive coordinator at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.
As a player, O’Rourke was a three-year starter at center for the Saints. He played in 40 career games, while also serving as the team’s long snapper for two seasons. He was an All-Liberty League Honorable Mention selection as a senior in 2022.
O’Rourke was also recognized as a member of the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society following his collegiate career.
O’Rourke graduated from St. Lawrence with degrees in history and business in the spring of 2023.
