Hiram College

Worcester enters his second season as an assistant coach the Terriers' baseball program in 2022. Worcester joined the Terriers from Central College in Pella, Iowa, where he served as a volunteer assistant coach for the past year.

Previously, Worcester also spent two summers at Force Elite Baseball in West Chicago, Ill. serving as the Head Coach of the 15U white summer team in 2019 and the summer collegiate team in 2020. 

Worcester has also served as a hitting instructor at Bangin' at the Barn in Ottumwa, Iowa since Jan. 2020.

A 2019 graduate of William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa, Worcester was a four-year letter winner for the Statesmen, helping William Penn to a 33-18 record and a Heart of America Athletic Conference Tournament appearance his senior year.  

Worcester earned his bachelor's degree in sports management from William Penn in May 2019 and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies at Hiram College.
