HIRAM, Ohio - April 22, 2026 - Hiram lost its season finale to Grove City, 28-2, at Henry Field on Wednesday night.
It marked the end to a strong season for the Terriers, who tied their program record for wins in a single season and also set a new record for conference wins in a season.
The Wolverines took control of the game from the start, scoring the first 15 goals of the game throughout the first half. With the victory, Grove City finishes off a perfect season in PAC play (9-0) and holds the top-seed in the six-team PAC Tournament next week.
Hiram got its production from Micky Morgan, who scored twice in his final collegiate game. The senior from Clayton, OH finished with a career-high 24 goals for the 2026 season.
The contest also marked the final career games for Gray Perry and Ethan Bitong, who tallied two and three caused turnovers respectively. Perry already holds the career program record for ground balls (271), and ends his collegiate career with one more caused turnover (101) than his teammate, Bitong (100), atop the career program record list.
Senior Aidan Griffin also had a busy night against the favorites to win the PAC, tallying 12 saves in his final game. Griffin finished his career with 845 career saves, which is far and away the most in program history.
The Terriers will now turn their attention to 2027, with a chance to reach even bigger goals in their second season of PAC competition.
