HIRAM, Ohio- January 28, 2026- The Hiram women's basketball team traveled to Grove City, PA for a PAC matchup with the Wolverines. It was a hard-fought effort for the Terriers, but they eventually fell to the hosts, 72-52.
The Terriers showcased depth, with eight different players etching their name in the scoring column, but it was the late-game play of the Wolverines which helped them pull away and earn them a win, but not without a fighting effort from the Terriers.
Leading the way for the Terriers was Sarah Seaman, who finished with 22 points and grabbed seven rebounds. This is Seaman's seventh game this season scoring 20+ points, as she continues to stuff the box score every game.
Next up for the Terriers was Emma Osborn, who dropped a career-high 10 points and grabbed five rebounds off of the bench. Finally, grabbing 10 rebounds for the Terriers was Maya Joiner, as this was the third consecutive game and the 10th game this season where Joiner has grabbed 10 or more rebounds.
The Terriers will be back in action on Saturday, when they travel to Franciscan University for a 1 p.m. game.
