AUBURN, Massachusetts – January 24, 2026 – Hiram continued its New England road swing Saturday evening, falling 7–1 to Anna Maria College inside Horgan Arena.
Hiram got on the board early in the second period with
Tyler Arthurs scoring at the 4:42 mark, completing the circle from an assist from twin brother
Anthony Arthurs for the Terriers' lone goal of the contest. The goal marked Arthur's' fifth of the season.
In terms of goalie action for the evening,
Ian Amaranto and
Mark Paton split time for the Terriers. Paton put a stop to 16 shots per period in the first forty minutes while Amaranto finished out the evening, making 25 saves over the final period.
Defensively, the Terriers blocked 14 shots; leading the charge was
Harrison Flaacke with three blocks.
Cole Mitchell,
Noah Proulx and
Shane Ward each added multiple blocks to the board. In the face-off circle,
Anthony Arthurs and
Seth Lockwood each won half of their face-offs.
Hiram will return home to the Pond on Friday at 9:40 p.m., when they will take on the University of Cincinnati (ACHA DI).
