MEADVILLE, Pennsylvania - January 21, 2026 - Hiram's Sarah Seaman continued her remarkable run of scoring on Wednesday night, notching a career-high 28 points in a 76-66 loss to Allegheny inside the Wise Center.
Seaman has scored 18-or-more points in seven of her last eight games, and now ranks fourth in the PAC in PPG (16.9) this season. Only twice all year has the senior from Garrettsville, OH scored fewer than 10 points.
McKinzie Wilhoite had an efficient day off the bench by scoring 12 points, while Advika Srinivasan and Juliana Gunn combined for 15 points as the starting wings. Seaman also led the team with five assists, giving her 41 points created for the game.
The Gators were steady all evening long, winning each of the four quarters behind 48% shooting from the field. Hiram led by as many as 5 points in the second quarter and kept the entirety of the first half within a 5-point margin.
A 10-1 run just past the midway point of the third quarter gave the hosts their first double-digit lead of the contest, as they pulled ahead, 52-41. The Terriers finished the third quarter on a 7-2 run to trim the deficit to 6 points, but couldn't pull any closer throughout the fourth period.
Hiram will return to the hardwood on Saturday, when it hosts Chatham at 1 p.m. inside Price Gymnasium.
