HIRAM, Ohio – March 16, 2025 – Hiram celebrated Senior Day in victorious fashion on Sunday at Price Gymnasium, as the Terriers beat Siena Heights (5-0) before losing to Heidelberg (5-1).

It marks the first victory of the season for Hiram, providing the No. 9 team in all of Division III with a nice boost moving forward.

Beyond the results, the Terriers STUNT program honored seniors Addison Disman, Rae Everett, Miracle Green, Alli Hoffman, Samantha Humphrey, Kera Jones, Nik Mormile, Reyna Polly and Avery Price. The group of nine seniors has contributed in many ways to the program, with multiple seniors being part of the 2024 STUNT team that came one win away from winning a national championship.

Game 1 Recap

Hiram dominated the first quarter to ignite the home crowd and take a 2-0 lead in the game. The team scored on both routine 2 and routine 1 for partner stunts.

Following two quarters without a point awarded, the Terriers returned to the scoring column with a vengeance, scoring twice for team routine 1 and once for team routine 2. The performance gave Hiram a season-high five points and the first victory of the 2025 campaign.

In addition to the seniors, junior Hannah Murton, junior Madigan Nolan, freshman Olivia McGuire and freshman Lainey West all played key roles in the win.

Game 2 Recap

Hiram scored again in the first quarter to start the second game against the Student Princes, scoring on routine 1 for partner stunts. That lead would hold through the end of the first half.

The jumps and tumbling (third quarter) and team routines (fourth quarter) were both won by Heidelberg, as it scored twice in the third quarter and three times in the fourth quarter to claim the win. The Student Princes had also beaten Siena Heights (6-1) earlier in the day to go 2-0 between their two games.

What's Next

Hiram will finish the regular season next Saturday and Sunday, when it travels to Erie, PA for a trio of games against the University of Kentucky, Mercyhurst and Misericordia.
