CLEVELAND, Ohio – February 22, 2025 - To cap off the 2024-25 season, Hiram had three swimmers who attended the Spartan Invitational at Case Western Reserve on Friday and Saturday  inside the Veale Natatorium.

Included in this group were two sophomores in Joe Krosky and Ethan O'Malley, as well as senior Natalie Brown. This last meet gave these Terriers one last chance to drop some time in events that were previously swum a week prior at the NCAC Championships or at an event in which they had not dropped time in yet this season.

O'Malley highlighted the morning session by dropping time in his 50-yard freestyle. His seed time was a 23.52 but his final time on Friday was a 23.19. This is a considerable amount of time dropped for the upcoming junior.

Krosky swam a near-top-15 time in program history in the 200-yard individual medley (2:11.82), while Brown finished off her collegiate career by swimming the 500-yard freestyle in a solid time of 5:58.04.

On Saturday, Krosky swam the 100-yard IM (1:08.17) before also swimming the 50-yard butterfly (26.01). The second of the two marks beat his seed time of 26.29.

Hiram swimming will now enter the offseason with a lot to be proud of; both the men's and women's teams will look to take the next step as they now prepare for competition in the Presidents' Athletic Conference in 2025-26.
