MEADVILLE, Pennsylvania - October 11, 2025 - Hiram couldn't break through despite recording its second-most shots on target in a conference match this season, as the team fell short in a competitive affair at Allegheny, 2-0.
The Terriers had five shots on target, which also is tied for the team's most in a road game this year. Kali Baker had two of those attempts, while Reagan Mory, Olivia Kraft and Kretina Rai also had valuable chances.
Allegheny found a burst of offense in the middle stages, scoring in the 43rd minute and 46th minute to pull ahead, 2-0. Serena Carnahan and Karley Johnson were responsible for the lone goals in the match.
The rest of the match saw Hiram find more opportunity on the attacking side of the field, while the overall tone of the match yielded four yellow cards for the Gators. Despite the back-and-forth battle, the score remained the same at the final whistle.
Hiram returns to battle on Wednesday, when it travels to Bethany, WV for a matchup against the Bison at 4 p.m.
