GRANVILLE, Ohio - October 26, 2024 - The Hiram women's soccer team lost 6-0 in their final road match of the season against Denison University.
The Big Red were led by Caroline Flynn, who had two goals and one assist in the match, as well as Mara McGlone (two goals, one assist) and Sophia Connell (two goals).
Denison scored three goals in a span of six minutes early in the match, but the Terriers did not let that discourage them as
Reagan Mory went on to get four shots (one on goal) – all of which came in the second half – and
Sydney Ladage got a shot off as well. Â
Emma Deffenbaugh also had 10 saves over the course of the 90 minutes.
The Terriers will finish out their season at home against Wittenberg on Saturday at 4 p.m. from Henry Field in Hiram, Ohio.
