GREENCASTLE, Indiana - October 12, 2024 – Hiram women's soccer lost on the road, 4-0, in a challenging conference matchup against DePauw University at Reavis Stadium.
Goalkeeper Emma Deffenbaugh had seven saves against DePauw's attack to lead the Terriers.
DePauw struck first in the 13th minute with a goal from Sydney Calisto, assisted by Eva Lynch. Ashley Green's 34th-minute goal gave DePauw a 2-0 lead heading into halftime.
Macy Happe and Ellie Mahan added goals for DePauw throughout the second half to close out the shutout.
Hiram will look to bounce back as it continues through the season, determined to turn their hard work into results in the matches ahead. N
