FORT WAYNE, Indiana - January 27, 2023 - Hiram kicked off its busy weekend with some notable results at the Indiana Warrior Duals on the campus of Indiana Tech.

The Terriers lost to Indiana Tech (34-0), Trine (20-9) and Brewton-Parker College (50-0).

Allydia Byard (155 lbs) beat Trine's Charissa Fauber by fall (0:42) to score 5 of Hiram's points on the day. The freshman out of Greenwich, Ohio also lost to Indiana Tech by technical fall (10-0) and to Brewton-Parker College by fall (1:56).

Erika Novak (143 lbs) picked up the remainder of the team's points against Trine, winning by technical fall vs Keira Wilson (11-0). The Mentor, Ohio native also lost to Brewton-Parker College's Sierra Hartfelder by fall (2:23).

Hiram continues competition on Saturday with the Indiana Tech Warrior Open beginning at 9 a.m.
