Hiram, OH -- October 4, 2022 -- The Men's Soccer Team lost to Penn State Behrend, 3-0, at Henry Field on Tuesday evening., The Terriers played strong defense in the first half not allowing any goals for the first 40 minutes of the game, but the Lions scored on a late goal to take a 1-0 lead into halftime.  Â
After Hiram's first half of great defense, the Lions' offense seemed to get a spark as they went on to score two more goals in the second half.Â
Freshman goal keeper
CJ Timm made six saves in the game but it wasn't enough to stop the Lions offense. It was a hard fought game by the Terriers but Penn State Behrend proved to be the better team tonight.
Come out and support the Terriers this Saturday as they play Wittenberg onÂ
Senior Night, on October 8th at 5 PM at Henry Field.
