GRANVLLE, Ohio – April 17, 2021 – Hiram men's golf dropped a match against Allegheny at Denison Golf Club in Granville, Ohio. Allegheny shot a team score of 315 with the Terriers shooting 365 in the 18 hole event.

For the fourth time this season freshman Reece Zeigler was the top finisher for Hiram. Zeigler finished with a score of 83 which was good for fourth among the ten golfers competing.

Tommy Dailey and Ryan Streator each finished with a score of 93 placing them with a T-8^th finish.

Jeff Spencer shot a 96 with a tenth place finish.

Matthew Del Rosso and Ryan Dayton were the top two finishers at the event for Allegheny. Del Rosso shot a 73, with Dayton shooting a 76. The duo were the lone golfers to shoot under 80 out of the ten competing in the event.

Hiram will have a quick turnaround with a 12:10 tee time tomorrow, Sunday, April 18, as they head to Allegheny.

Following that match will be round one of the NCAC Championships which are set to take place on Saturday, April 24 at Denison Golf Club.
