Chavez led the Terriers in their doubleheader against Westminster (Pa.) on Thursday, going 7-for-8 with two doubles, a triple, three runs scored and five RBI. Chavez's bases-clearing double jump started the Terriers' rally in game one, while in game two, Chavez drove in and scored three runs, helping Hiram to a 7-2 win. Through 14 games, Chavez is hitting .386/.438/.545 with six extra-base hits, nine runs scored and eight RBI.
