Regalado had a day to remember in Alliance, Ohio, establishing the program record with a time of 9.22 in the 60-meter prelims, a mark that also qualified him for the finals. The freshman placed seventh in the finals of that event (9.24) and also won his heat in the 500-meter dash (1:18.41).
