In the 2025 season, the Terriers picked up three consecutive and gritty wins, including an 11-10 victory over Anderson University and a 9-8 victory over Heidelberg University. The Terriers capped the win streak with a 25-5 win over La Roche University. The Terriers were led by Ethan Maye,r who tallied 25 goals along with seven assists, and All-NCAC Third Team selection Ethan Bitong.

In his first season at the helm in 2024, Griffith led the Terriers to record-setting victories over La Roche (27-1) and Mount St. Joseph (29-3), as well as key home non-conference wins over Bethany and Hilbert. Noah Pilgram earned All-NCAC Third Team honors under the leadership of Griffith.

Prior to Kenston, Jason spent four years at the helm of the Shaker Heights High School program. Coach Griffith was the Greater Cleveland Conference (GCC) Coach of the Year twice, leading the Shaker Heights boys to GCC titles in 2016 and 2018. The four years at Shaker saw numerous firsts for the program that included the school’s first Bob Scott Award winner and two-time High School All-American. It was a full revamping of the lacrosse program and has remained stable ever since.

Prior to Shaker Heights, Jason was the Offensive Coordinator at St. Edward High School for the 2013 and 2014 seasons.
